My name is Rick Passek (The Fly Fish Fanatic). I have been a fly fisherman for nearly 40 years and fly tying for nearly 30 years.
I am the author of two books on fly fishing (The Freshman FlyFisher, and The Freshman FlyFishers Insect Guide). I am also a fly fishing instructor and teach lure preparation; I do this to infect youngsters with a passion for this wonderful sport.
