You can use various payment methods in our online store. We use the services of trusted payment services providers to ensure secure and fast transactions.

Available payment methods:

  • Bank transfer: choose to pay by wire transfer to our bank account. Details required for the bank transfer will be sent in the order confirmation.
  • PayU: online payment platform that allows fast and secure transactions. With PayU you can pay by using:

  • Online transfer: quick money transfer from the bank you choose.
    BLIK: instant payment made with the use of mobile app.
    Credit/debit card: Visa, MasterCard and other cards.

  • PayPal: use your PayPal account for secure online payments.

Jak działa proces składania zamówienia

  • Orders can be placed through the form on our website or by e-mail to the following address: sklep@renomedtm.com.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the first business day following the day the order is placed.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you choose an online payment method, the order will be processed once the funds have been credited to our account.

Prices and costs:

  • Product prices are in Polish zloty and include VAT.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated automatically depending on the selected shipping method.

Security of online payments:

We use the services of trusted payment services providers such as PayU and PayPal who use data encryption and ensure transaction security.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

    PayU accepts credit cards and debit cards such as Visa and MasterCard.


    3. What should I do if I do not get any order confirmation?

    If you make a payment and do not get any confirmation from us, please send us an e-mail to: sklep@renomedtm.com and we will check the status of your payment.


    4. Can I change the payment method after placing an order?

    It is not possible to change the payment method after the order has been placed. Please contact us and we will help you resolve the situation.


    5. What are the payment methods available in PayU?

    PayU provides the following payment methods:
    Online transfer: a fast and convenient payment method.
    BLIK: payment made with your mobile app.
    Credit/ debit card: Visa, MasterCard and other cards.


    6. Do you accept cash on delivery?

    We accept only online payments (PayU, PayPal) and bank transfers. The cash on delivery option is not available in our store.


    7. What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping costs are calculated automatically when the order is placed. They depend on the shipping method you select.
