Returns and complaints

High customer service quality and customer satisfaction are our priority. We present our rules regarding returns, complaints and warranty to ensure you a great customer experience.

Warranty

The products presented in our online store are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers latent defects that occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer, but does not cover damage resulting from improper product use or product use not in accordance with its intended purpose or mechanical damage caused during product use.


To make a claim under the warranty you should provide the proof of purchase.



Complaints

If you identify a defect or problem with the purchased product, please send it back to us to the following address:

NOTE: the product you complain about should be sent back to us in the original packaging. Please attach the proof of purchase and your contact details (e-mail address or phone number). Please note that we do not accept complaint shipments sent to us on a COD basis.

We have up to 10 working days to process the complaint. You will be notified of our decision in the complaint resolution process in the manner which you indicated when filing the complaint (e.g. by e-mail or telephone).

If we decide to accept your complaint, we will offer you a refund that will be transferred to the account indicated by you within 7 business days.


Returns

In accordance with the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products of 2 March 2000, the customer has the right to cancel their order at Renomed online store without giving any reason within 10 days from the date of the receipt of the ordered goods. To exercise this right, the returned goods should meet the following conditions:

  • the product must be unused and undamaged,
  • the product must not bear any signs of use,
  • the product should be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

NOTE: products such as scissors and tweezers, which are medical devices, are subject to special regulations and are not returnable unless they have a quality defect or were improperly issued. Such products can be returned only in case of a quality defect or issuance error provided that they are sent back in their original packaging with the proof of purchase.


How to return a product

  1. Inform us that you want to return the ordered product by sending an e-mail to the following address: sklep@renomedtm.com.
  2. Send the product back to our address: ul. Jawornicka 34, 60-161 Poznań. Please attach the proof of purchase, the reason for the return and your contact details.
  3. Once we receive the returned product, we will check its condition and make a refund within 7 business days (applies to returns under consumer law, does not apply to warranty claims).

No delivery

If the shipment is not delivered to you within 7 business days, please contact our customer service department urgently to determine the next steps.

1. How can I make a complaint?

Make a complaint by sending the product back to us to the following address:

2. Can I return the product without giving any reason?

Yes, you have the right to return the goods within 10 days from the date you receive the shipment. The returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, with no signs of use.


3. Can I return medical devices?

No, scissors and tweezers sold in our store are medical devices that are not returnable, unless they have a quality defect or were improperly issued. In the latter case, they should be sent back to us by following the complaint procedure.


4 How long do I have to wait for the processing of a complaint?

We process complaints within 10 business days. You will be informed about our decision in the complaint resolution process by email or telephone.


5. What if the shipment does not arrive on time?

If your order does not arrive within 7 business days, please contact us to determine the next steps.
